With 20 years of experience cooking in the finest restaurants, our chef is excited to present their vision to you and all our guests. Our caring and committed staff will ensure you have a fantastic experience with us.The Italian-American cuisine at Frutti de Mar Grill combines the delicacy of Northern Italy with the flair of Southern Italy, using only the finest ingredients. Chef Tito Perez’s light and delicate touch can be noticed in each recipe he prepares. His best known dishes are cannelloni made with veal, spinach, mozzarella cheese and served with basil cream sauce; vegetarian lasagna delicately layered with bechamel sauce, wild mushrooms, and tomato sauce; fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, scallops and crab; and Monterey’s best sand dabs, lightly breaded and grilled and topped with lemon butter caper cream sauce.
